Russia and Colombia’s Agreement on Legal Assistance on Criminal Matters

In April 2010, Russia and Colombia signed an agreement to aid each other in criminal matters by providing each other with assistance such as access to evidence and witnesses according to sp.rian.ru. Also in the agreement are conditions to respect human rights of citizens of both countries and to maintain custody over those extradited. Read Article
