Ecuador, Wikileaks cable discusses long term impact of melting glaciers

For years, Ecuador has experienced symptoms of climate change such as melting glaciers, but successive governments take adequate preventive measures to face on several fronts and actions in the medium and long terms. The aftermath that the country suffers from this global phenomenon are analyzed in the 151 251 Cable , the April 24, 2008 Ambassador Linda Jewell sent.
The detailed report, based on various scientific sources, national and international, and state institutions, environmental degradation, and the most affected areas of the country.
