Argentina: 10,000 victims of human trafficking rescued in past decade

The Argentinian government says it has rescued more than 10,000 victims of human trafficking in the past decade, almost half of whom were sex trafficking victims.

It is a problem made more difficult to tackle by the complicity of corrupt officials.
