Institutional Agreement in Ecuador Allows Prisoners to Vote
Plenenglish.com reported an agreement signed by institutions of the Ecuadorian government will allow prisoners without a conviction to exercise their right to vote in the February 19th elections, according to the Constitution.

The National Electoral Council (CNE), the Civil Registry and the Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Worship have signed an agreement to guarantee the right for these prisoners, according to a press release from the highest electoral body. Read Article
