Ecuador Extradites Alleged Manufacturer of Amphetamine to Russia

en.crimerussia.com / As reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, Ecuador has extradited to Russia a resident of Krasnoyarsk, accused of illegally producing almost one kilogram of amphetamine.

“At the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation, the competent authorities of the Republic of Ecuador have extradited Russian citizen Anatoly Svyatenko. He is accused of committing a crime under part 2 of Art. 228 of the Russian Criminal Code (Illegal manufacture of psychotropic substances, committed on an especially large scale),” the message says.

According to the investigation, in Krasnoyarsk in 2011, the man in the company of others participated in the illegal manufacture of a psychotropic substance, namely amphetamine, on an especially large scale with a total mass of about 900 grams. Read Article
