279 aspiring to join Colombian Navy NCO

Coastal, inland, country and some of the eastern plains make up the select group of young people who first entered the Naval Academy Officers’ ARC “Barranquilla” 279 candidates are prepared to start his military career as a Naval Petty Officer of the Navy of Colombia .
