Seven Guatemalans and five Ecuadorians arrested after cocaine found on jet

Seven Guatemalans and five Ecuadorians were arrested after officials discovered 405 kilos of cocaine inside a private jet. The five Ecuadorians were crew members on the plane, Siglo 21 reports. The other suspects claimed to be unemployed, and that they had travelled to Ecuador for work training. The suspects and the drugs were found inside the plane in a hangar at the Aurora International Airport. Claudia Patricia Girón, one of the suspects, claimed that she needed to work to support children, but that there are always some that take advantage.
