Russian citizen wanted by Russian authorities arrested Guayaquil, Ecuador

The National Police reported the arrest of a Russian citizen Igor Pribytkov, 50, who is wanted for extradition by the Russian authorities. INTERPOL had issued a Red Notice for the Russian. Col.. Marcelo Tobar, Head of the Judicial Police (PJ) of Guayas, said Pribytkov was arrested at 13:30 yesterday, Wednesday, at Avenida Francisco de Orellana, Plaza harmful, north of Guayaquil, which is located residence of his wife, Evgeniya Zabardaeva.
