Ranchers in Ecuador to be given permission to carry arms

Farmers of the Coast and Galapagos yesterday received permits to carry firearms as a defense. The measure allows your arms move without being seized by the police or armed forces.
The commander Jaime Ortiz, Commander and Chief of Staff of the Center for Arms Control, said that “those who carry guns were trained by specialized people and there was a selection and appraisals to grant permissions. Of 193 folders we received, 111 were approved.” Read Article
