Prosecutor investigates three purchases by the Chilean Navy

Prosecutors are investigating the possibility of kickback payment in three other material procurement processes conducted by the Navy in Chile reported La Tercera. These processes include the acquisition of ammunition and spare parts, as well as the purchase of company docks, shipyards, and arsenals. These facts emerged in the investigation, which started in 2007, further implement William Ibieta and John Patrick Basili for the charges of money laundering and kickbacks. Read Article.
