President of Colombia states former president Uribe not returning calls

The president of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos, has revealed that three months ago his predecessor and political ally, Alvaro Uribe, does not answer the calls, perhaps by the strong criticism that the exmandatario has aired in recent days against the security policy the present government and its relations with Ecuador and Venezuela.
