Panama, Tourist police foil taxi robbery from the airport

Bad reception. On Monday evening, a few minutes after arriving in Panama, three Venezuelan tourists and tour bus driver they were riding was ambushed by robbers as they moved from Tocumen International Airport to the capital for the South Corridor.
The assault was foiled by the Tourist Police, who managed to capture Manuel Serrano, 18, Irving Montenegro, 24, and less than 16 years, who were traveling in two cars and had two 38 caliber guns. Read Articletvn-2.com also reported that authorities suspect complicity in offense by airport employees with gangs. The vehicle was intercepted at the tunnel at Paitilla.
