New import regulations in Argentina

The Argentine government today singed an agreement with the Chamber of Imports that will increase traceability and control over imports, states ambito.com. The agreement will also help officials to know what is entering the country by requiring all items to be declared and entered into a computer system. Officials hope the new regulations will prevent tax evasion and licensing issues, but not effect the import of goods.
