Through the Command of the 15 / a. Military Zone, the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA) reported that the first laboratory was located on the ranch “The Gale” in an area of ​​approximately 18 hectares of land, which was composed of three areas for the processing of synthetic drug.

According to military personnel, the area number 1 functioned as collection area, where there were 10 plastic drums with a capacity of 200 liters each (the containers contained within a chemical), along with 110 buckets and 110 bags caustic soda, which were ready to move to the area number two, identified as mixing zone or combination.
