Masked men cause upset on college campus in Santiago, Chile

A conflict arose this morning at the Metropolitan Technological University in Santiago, Chile when a group of masked men set up barricades along the streets near campus, causing a traffic disruption, according to telam.com.ar, per El Mercurio newspaper online. The group hid when special police forces arrived at the scene, and threw stones, sharp objects and Molotov cocktails at the officers. Police used a car fire hydrant on the men, avoiding tear gas because of a nearby nursery school.
