Loja Ecuador: heavy rains cause damage, 22 areas of high vulnerability

The rains have been merciless with the capital lojana damage and every day more and more concern to families. They poke each morning, when the waters are down flow. According to the Department of Risk Management, 22 points are detected and are considered as vulnerable this winter. Of these, in the La Banda, in the north of the city, several houses have cracks and crevices.
