Ecuador, eight members of military accused of crimes

Judge of Criminal fourteenth Guayas, Marcos Torres, today issued its ruling regarding the request for appeal of judgment that made the prosecution against nine defendants for the murder of three people. Eight of those involved are members of the Military Fort Huancavilca.

The prosecutor Julio Romero Vacacela accusatory opinion issued yesterday against the military and a civilian preliminary hearing for the trial which took place at 09:00 in room Twelfth Criminal Court.
