Ecuador: Bus assaulted by gunmen on Esmeraldas-Quito route

Four men armed with submachine guns and attacked a unit of the carrier Transesmeraldas, at 23:30 last Thursday. The unit en route Esmeraldas-Quito. One passenger said yesterday that strangers Bourbon rose in the parish, and they sat in the back of the vehicle. They were well dressed in comfortable clothes, witnesses said.
