Colombia: Policia net seven tons of marijuana in operation

Colombia Police reported: Valle del Cauca. The final destination would alkaloid departments Antioquia and the coffee, its market value would exceed 4.617 million pesos.

In police operations conducted in the struggle against the micro traffic, in the last hours were seized more than 7 tons and a half of marijuana and captured three people, plus two-vehicle immobilization.

In one of the raids in the town of Palmyra, were seized 4225 kilograms of marijuana being transported in a truck green camouflaged amid cardboard boxes and plastic containers, seeming a load of food and whose final destination would be the Medellin.

Another result was obtained in the same township, by the timely information receptioned by personnel attached to the National Community Policing in quadrants of the town, where they were seized 2425 kilograms of marijuana, which was packaged in 49 bags inside of a parking without name.
