Chile: 50 million pesos worth of cocaine found in car; Revealed by X-ray machine

Police in Chile arrested a man for transporting 50 million pesos worth of cocaine paste in his car along Route 5. According to 24 Horas, José Pulgar Cárdenas (55), who had been travelling with his 12-year-old son, was arrested. He had been driving a Peugeot 206 when  police stopped and searched the car with X-ray equipment. The machine revealed rectangular packets covered in tape and aluminum foil, which were found to be cocaine paste, After further investigations, the financial of the drug operation was located and arrested at a different location along Route 5. This suspect, Miguel Brevis Arenas, (55) was found with scales, ammunition, cell phones, and airplane tickets. Read Article
