Bolivia: Evo Morales triggers attempted lynching

Hours after the government and the residents of El Alto agreed to the creation of neighborhood brigades, a mob burned the vehicle and the house suspected of murdering two brothers journalists. It was not coincidental but a major mistake. First was the announcement by neighborhood leaders of El Alto (Bolivia) the creation of brigades surveillance and crime prevention, in collaboration with the government of Evo Morales, in order to punish and chasten sticks and whips to suspects before delivering them to the police. Hours later, and no doubt encouraged by this initiative, a mob of citizens of that city tried to lynch a suspect of killing two journalists, the brothers Veronica and Victor Hugo Penasco, strangled appeared two weeks ago.
