Insecurity issue for residents of La Hoyada area in Cuenca Ecuador, high crime area

The district’s Hoyada is northwest of the city, in the parish Bellavista. There live about 200 families, most people have their own home. Being located in a top, overlooking the city from one end, while from the other side shows the Milchichig gorge and surrounding neighborhoods, which are in the midst of green areas and growing areas. In recent years the sector has grown in population and needs as well, especially in transportation issues and security sector, announced the neighbors.
