Peru: Russian and Dutch Tourists Robbed in Downtown Lima

According to  rpp.com, during broad daylight in  downtown Lima, Dutch tourist, Denis Poma and his wife, Peruvian Maria Mayta while at an intersection were assaulted by a group of thieves who took their money and personal affects including credit cards.

While in an intersection in Surco, Russian visitor Aleksander Morozov boarded a taxi to his hotel and while at an intersection assailants reached in the vehicle and stripped the victim of his satchel  from around his neck that contained $10,000 along with personal belongings. Read article
