26 Kilos of Cocaine Found in Stranded Boat in Cartagena

From Diario Rotativo on June 17, 2013- The Colombian Navy found 26 kilograms of pure cocaine in a boat that ran aground in the Bay of Cartagena. The drugs were hidden in a PVC tube, and were detected by a drug detecting police dog. The tube was given to the Coast Guard Station in Cartagena where the judicial police found 27 packets filled with cocaine inside the tube. So far in 2013, the Colombian Navy has seized more than 21 tons of cocaine. Read Article
