Increased arrests of teenagers involved in micro-networks of drug trafficking

Eleven micro-drug traffickers, including nine teenagers, were captured during the last 96 hours by police officers of Tachira in different locations in the region, who were surprised when they sold banned substances in the form of retail. Jim Ortuño, Politáchira Executive Secretary, reported that this operation corresponds to the intensive devices that advance law enforcement against gangs involved in the sale and distribution of alkaloids, networks in which the presence of teenagers has increased alarmingly. He argued that, in the last weekend, police operations, led and supervised by the governor Vielma Mora, yielded results in the arrest of the alleged “feral”, nine of them aged between 16 and 17 years old, People who retained portions of substances such as marijuana, cocaine and crack.
