Union of South American Nations to Select New Secretary

The 12 leaders of the Union of South American Nations (USAN) will meet between December 3 and 4 in Mar del Plata, Argentine, in the framework of the Ibero-American Summit to decide on the New General Secretary of the Bloc.
As possible successor of Argentinean former president Nestor Kirchner in that post they are talking in the diplomatic environment of current Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva who will hand in the government to Dilma Roussef in January 2011. Read Article
