Two killed in shootout in resort city of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

A Marine and a suspect were killed and three policemen were injured in a clash in the resort of Los Cabos, in Baja California, northwestern Mexico, officials said. The Department of the Navy said in a statement that the confrontation occurred yesterday when Navy personnel supported police state of Baja California Sur facing a group of armed people in a home port of Cabo San Lucas . The ministry said that the Marines naval sector Cabos came to support police officers who had detected the armed group in a house of that port. Read Article
