Two detained in Kino Bay Mexico for targeting tourists

On April 8, 2012 Juan Carlos Chaparro and Francisco Isabel Flores were detained for being likely responsible for victimizing tourists. A family traveling through Kino Bay Chihuahua was struck by both armed men who tried stopping them, nevertheless the driver backed up the vehicle traveling back to the nearest municipality and reported the event to the authorities of Yepachi.
