Two arrested in Mexicali, marijuana, arms, cash

A joint operation between the State Preventive Police (PEP) and the Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA), culminated with the arrest of two individuals associated with organized crime, as they were caught with kilos of marijuana, firearms, cartridges and cash, also thanks to this arrest military elements managed to seize a ton of marijuana in Sonoyta.

The joint operation in the state capital, was conducted in the vicinity of the Sun Meadows subdivision, an area in which the elements of the PEP had identified a couple of subjects that appeared to be engaged in activities related to drug trafficking. Read Article
