Tungurahua volcano emission of ash and gases slow substantially

The volcano’s activity decreased in the last 24 hours. Gas and steam are directed westward.

The Tungurahua volcano continues to emit light emission of gases, steam and ash in the last hours.

The winds directed to the western sector of the Colossus. Technicians Tungurahua Volcano Observatory (OVT), which monitor the Massif based on Patate Guadalupe, said last night that there was the incandescent blocks rolled 500 meters. Read Article
