Tlaxcala, Mexico: 16 Arrested for Sex Trafficking

On August 9, 2013 UPI Español Noticias reported that police in Tlaxcala have arrested 16 people on charges of human trafficking, including prostitutes and sex customers. The arrests were made following the State Attorney General’s decision to shut down two brothels operating in the city. Authorities believe that both of the brothels were actively involved in commercial sex trafficking. Read Article
