Tigre Argentina: six drones monitoring security and criminal activity

In an article by Clarin.com, suburban Buenos Aires there are police, patrol and thousands of cameras to try to lessen the drama of everyday insecurity. The municipality of Tigre now adds a hint, at least, novel: a fleet of six “drones,” unmanned aerial vehicles are remotely operated. Robots transmit real-time images that are taken during the flight. The system, unprecedented in the country, work in other parts of the world like London, Seattle (U.S.) Belgium and Israel. Read Article
