Three Peruvians attempt to enter Chile with cocaine camouflaged in rock eggs

Authorities arrested three Peruvian citizens in the north of Chile as they attempted to cross the border with 65 kilos of cocaine. The drugs had been hidden inside rocks shaped like eggs, Peru 21 reports. Police in Chile found the suspects carrying 83 packages of drugs hidden inside 113 eggs. The eggs were discovered inside an alleged shipment of crafts. This seizure was made possible of the arrest of Luis Quezada or “Tio Picho” in June, who headed an organization dedicated to trafficking cocaine. Officials were able to determine his main supplier, leading to the recent arrests. Read Article
