Six suspected cases of yellow fever in Venezuela
Six possible cases of yellow fever were reported in the week between February and October 8, 2011, according to the Epidemiological Bulletin of the Ministry of Health. This disease, which had been controlled in the decades of 70 and 90, has rebounded since 2000, according to tallies submitted by the Network of Scientific Medical Societies in Venezuela, in your alert 211, signed by doctors José Oletta, Ana Carvajal and Saul Pena.
