Seven U.S. citizens attended wedding party of arrested Colombian drug trafficker

Seven U.S. citizens, including three police officers, attended the party of Colombian drug trafficker Camilo Torres, alias “Fritanga.” Torres had been arrested on July, 2 2012 shortly after his wedding. He had organized the celebration party on a Caribbean island to follow the ceremony, during which he was arrested. The U.S. citizens present at the party are believed to have been a part of the security for the celebration. The U.S. has issued an extradition request for them, SDP Noticias reports. The seven men possessed U.S. passports, though it has not been confirmed whether the three are truly police officers. Copies of the passports were sent to the embassy for verification. Read Article
