Earlier today been released in some media about an alleged attack on two American women, this following a video showing themselves – and Michell Snowden Helen Connor – denounce alleged assault and theft suffered by members of the police force of the city. To this, the Public Security Bureau of San Miguel de Allende requires the following information: On March 11, 2013, public security elements complied support to carry out an attachment proceeding requested by the Second Judge of the Civil Branch of the Judiciary of the State of Guanajuato, Mr. Alfredo Avalos León, with the Memorandum No. 0517/13 Record C-318/12 (Annex).Read Article
