In a pamphlet said several leaders as military targets.
“For about five years did not come as we receive pamphlets last week,” said Gerardo Santibañez, a director of the Union of Workers and Employees of Autonomous and Decentralized Public Service of Colombia (Simtraemsdes), chapter Risaralda, who was designated as “military targets”, through a pamphlet that is signed by the Aguilas Negras’ in the coffee.
