Quito Ecuador: international mafia controlling drug sales in three neighborhoods

Elcomercio.com reported that follow-up lasted seven months. At that time, the undercover unit Combat Organized Crime (ULCO) tracked the criminal organization run by Oscar A., an alien who was wanted by the International Police (Interpol). Information sent from Colombia revealed that the suspect escaped in 2006 from a prison in that country. There was serving 40 years for murder. In the investigation, agents discovered that the alien ULCO entered Ecuador in 2010. And on March 6, in an operation called ‘Royal Court’, the officers detained Oscar A., known as ‘The Mosquito’.
