Quito, Ecuador: bomb threat, government building evacuated

Eluniverso.com reported that occupants were evacuated today from a government building (IESS)on Avenida 10 de Agosto, a main thoroughfare in central Quito. There are reports that the alarm came on floors 5 and 7 of the institution, in the Ecuadorian capital. Police closed the street traffic Juan Salinas due to bomb alert, so around the park El Ejido was formed congestion. Read Article
