Quito Ecuador: 17 complaints filed for express kidnapping through August 2012.

The agency reported that in the north of the capital have filed 13 complaints, Calderón administrations (1), Eloy Alfaro (2), La Delicia (5), North (5). The lowest incidence was recorded in the south and valleys. In Quitumbe administration filed a complaint, as in the valley of Tumbaco, while in the central administration were filed two complaints. According to the National Traffic Agency (ANT), about 40,000 units of public transport (buses and taxis) will be equipped with safety equipment, including: a camera that will record video and photos.
