Puerto de Moín, Costa Rica: Authorities Seize 300 Kilos of Cocaine from Colombia

From lainformacion.com on August 26, 2013- Costa Rican police National Guardsmen seized 300 kilos of cocaine hidden in the hull of a Colombian boat known as “Sant Lucía.” The boat originated in the Colombian port of Puerto de Turbo in Antioquia, and the boat was seized in the Costa Rican port of Puerto de Moín. The boat contained 300 kilos of cocaine in 300 packages. As of now there have been no arrests pertaining to this drug seizure. According to authorities, they knew of the drugs thanks to intelligence work and cooperation with other countries. Read Article
