Portoviejo Ecuador: Three men detained for allegedly selling cocaine in earthquake shelter

Three men were arrested in a police operation for allegedly selling drugs in a shelter.

eldiario.ec reported – The Interior Ministry said the operation was carried out in Libertad 2 citadel, in Portoviejo.
