Peruvian President-Elect Humala Surprised by U.S. President Obama

According to Peru21.pe Peruvian President-elect Ollanta Humala was in Washington D.C. on Wednesday July 6th to meet with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) Jose Miguel Insulza. While Humala meet with Tom Donilon, President Obama’s national security advisor, President Barack Obama appeared. Ecuadorian Ambassador Luis Chuquihuara says that the two presidents talked for “several minutes” and that Humala highly appreciated the gesture from the U.S. president.Read Article
