Peru, worst floods in 50 years Ucayali, Emergency Declared

Yesterday afternoon the Central Government declared a state of emergency in the Ucayali , which is devastated by the rains , his press office in El Comercio. It was urgent and, when it is released today or tomorrow in the official gazette “El Peruano” – help must come soon. In El Comercio published on Sunday 3 April, a report in which we reported on the floods so far left more than 15,000 families affected, especially indigenous Shipibo and conibos, across the river Ucayali.
