Peru, Russian representatives did not confirm at Humala’s ceremony

Due to the transfer of command ceremony of President-elect Ollanta Humala, agents and representatives of governments difrentes arrived in our country. However, no Russian official confirmed their participation at the event. The Director General of Fisheries Russian Andrei Krainian, was invited to the assumption of command of Ollanta Humala, the arrangement came to fame in his country after receiving Alexis Humala, both addressed the possibility of resuming fishing in our sea.
