Peru: Law proposed sanctioning companies transporting children without parents

The Minister of Women, Ana Jara , today raised a sanction for trucking companies, or inland areas that have the passengers to minors unaccompanied by their parents. According considered, could be punished with six months’ suspension of its operating license.

The official said the proposal is given in the framework of the campaign “More traffic, less operating routes” which leads its portfolio alongside the Interior and Transport and Communications. Read Article
