Peru, central and southern areas rain to persist until April

According to SEMAHMI, strong rains are to continue in the central and southern regions of Peru until April. The forecast is that rains will be most severe in February. Areas most impacted with be Ayacucho, Puno, Cusco, and Madre de Dios. Ayacucho and Huncavelica have recently had 41 communitites isolated due to landslides on roads.
