Peru, 14 year old dies from dengue, was working in mines

The director of the Hospital Carlos Juliaca confirmed the first case of hemorrhagic dengue fever in the city. The case was reported after a 14-year-old from Madre de Dios presented symptoms had to be taken to hospital in the city. It was learned that the child had contracted the disease by working in the informal mining sector. Read Article
