Paraguay: Authorities Destroy 6 Hectares of Marijuana

From Prensa Mercosur on June 12, 2013- Paraguayan authorities have destroyed 6 hectares of marijuana in the village of Maria Auxiliadora in the department of Amambay. The marijuana fields were hidden amongst corn fields in the mountains 45 kilometers from Pedro Juan Caballero. According to authorities, this operation was a significant financial loss to the drug producers. Read Article
