Narco-trafficker captured in Tacna, Peru; Spent five years as fugitive

Wicner Juver Grados Tello (35), wanted for crimes of drug trafficking, was captured in Tacna, Peru in an operation organized by police. The suspect had a long history of drug trafficking and was wanted for at least seven counts of that crime, Diario Correo Reports. He was finally spotted driving a motorcycle and was subsequently arrested. Grados Tello had evaded capture for five years before being caught. He had previously spent time in a Chilean prison for drug trafficking, according to the report. Read Article
